Stylish spotless hotel and stuff was very efficient. Got tastefully decorated room with including a pat of butter and the extra space, for instance - always come in handy. The location was magnificent, at a medium distance from Stephansplatz. It included POPULAR restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

The staff - some of them were not so helpful.

Terrible bathroom.

The location of this place is great, close to museums, theaters, the Albertina museum, Burggarten.

Conveniently located just a stone's throw away from a beautiful Baroque monument 🏛️. Plenty of restaurants and cozy cafés around the area for you to discover!

The location was fantastic, right next to the state opera and within walking distance to everything. The staff provided super excellent service, from the reception to the dining and bell boy. The room was comfortable and modern, with a spacious bathroom. The housekeeping staff kept the room clean and stocked with complimentary beverages, including 24 bottles of red and white wines. the staff and amenities made our stay memorable.
